By registering or using the Pak3x platform, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before depositing or playing. They are written in plain language so every Pakistani player can understand exactly what applies to their account.

Each person may only hold one Pak3x account. Duplicate accounts are detected and closed. All balances associated with duplicate accounts may be voided without refund.

All promotional bonuses must be wagered before withdrawal. Each promotion page lists the specific wagering requirement. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting requirements will result in forfeiture.
Collusion, bonus abuse, use of bots or automated tools, and any manipulation of game outcomes are prohibited. Pak3x will close accounts and void balances where fraud is confirmed.
Player funds deposited on Pak3x are held in accounts separate from company operating funds. This protects your balance in the event of any business disruption.
Important: These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Pak3x. By creating an account or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all terms below. If you do not agree, you must not register or use Pak3x.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Pak3x platform located at pak3x.bet ("Platform"), operated by Pak3x ("we", "us", "our"). The Platform provides online gaming services including casino-style games, sports betting, and player-versus-player games to users in Pakistan.
By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on Pak3x, you ("Player", "you", "your") confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms in full. These Terms apply to every interaction you have with the Platform.

Each person may register one account only. Opening a second account while a first account exists – whether active, suspended, or closed – is a violation of these Terms. Pak3x uses identity verification, device fingerprinting, and payment method tracking to detect duplicate accounts.
During registration you must provide accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and email address. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
Pak3x may at any time request supporting documentation to verify your identity, including a copy of your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), Pakistani passport, or other government-issued identification. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until identity verification is complete.
You are solely responsible for keeping your Pak3x login credentials – username, password, and any two-factor authentication details – confidential. You must not share your account access with any other person under any circumstances.
Any bets, deposits, or withdrawals made through your account while you are logged in are your responsibility regardless of whether you personally authorised them. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, you must contact Pak3x support immediately through live chat.
Pak3x will never contact you to request your password by email, chat, or phone. Any communication claiming to be from Pak3x that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.
You must not access Pak3x through shared or public devices where your credentials could be captured by others. Pak3x accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access that results from your failure to keep credentials secure.
All transactions on Pak3x are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No other currency is accepted. Pak3x supports the following deposit methods:
The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 for mobile wallet methods and Rs 500 for bank transfers. There is no maximum deposit limit on a single transaction, though Pak3x may apply enhanced due diligence checks to large deposits.
Deposits made via Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically credited to your Pak3x balance within minutes. IBFT and card deposits may take up to 2 hours during normal business hours. If a deposit is not credited within these timeframes, contact support with the transaction reference number.
Pak3x does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in your own name. Attempting to deposit using another person's payment method is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

Withdrawals from your Pak3x balance are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever technically possible. This is a security measure to prevent misdirection of funds.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though requests above Rs 1,00,000 may be processed in multiple instalments at Pak3x's discretion.
Before any withdrawal can be processed, your account must be fully verified. Verification requires submission of a valid government-issued ID document. Pak3x targets a 24-hour turnaround on withdrawal requests for verified accounts, with Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically completing within 2–5 minutes of approval.
Pak3x reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals, large amounts, or where unusual account activity has been detected. These checks may extend processing time up to 72 hours in exceptional cases. You will be notified if additional documentation is required.
Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements are not withdrawable. Only real-money balance and bonus-derived winnings that have completed wagering are eligible for withdrawal.
Pak3x offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus portion (or in some cases, winnings derived from the bonus) can be withdrawn. All games on Pak3x operate according to specific rules stated within each game's interface. You are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before participating. Pak3x will not reverse losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.
Chance-based game outcomes on Pak3x are generated by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted or influenced by any player or by Pak3x. Past outcomes have no bearing on future results.
For sports betting markets (including PSL Betting), results are determined by the actual outcome of the relevant sporting event. Pak3x uses official match data as the basis for settlement. In the event of a dispute over a result, Pak3x's decision based on official sources is final.
Where a game is interrupted due to a technical fault before it reaches a natural conclusion, Pak3x will apply one of the following resolutions at its discretion: (a) the game is cancelled and all stakes returned; or (b) the game result is determined from the last verifiable game state. Pak3x's technical team decision in these situations is final.
Pak3x reserves the right to void any bet or game result where it is determined that the outcome was affected by an error in game software, data feed, or platform malfunction. Voided bets are returned as stakes to the relevant account.

Players who use the self-exclusion tool will not receive any promotional communications during the exclusion period. Pak3x will not reverse a self-exclusion during the chosen period regardless of the reason given by the player.

Before closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered withdrawal method, provided no withdrawal holds are active. Pak3x may suspend or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:
Where an account is closed by Pak3x for breach of these Terms, any balance at the time of closure may be partially or fully forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Pak3x will provide written notice of closure and the reason where the breach does not involve ongoing fraud investigation.
Pak3x provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous, fault-free service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pak3x's liability to any player is limited to the amount of the real-money balance held in that player's account at the time the cause of action arises. Pak3x accepts no liability for:
Nothing in these Terms limits Pak3x's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
All content on the Pak3x Platform, including but not limited to game software, graphics, logos, text, and the Pak3x brand name, is the intellectual property of Pak3x or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written permission from Pak3x.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only, subject to these Terms. This licence does not include any right to download, modify, or commercially exploit any Platform content.
Pak3x collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Personal data collected during registration and account use is used for: account management; identity verification; payment processing; fraud detection and prevention; compliance with legal obligations; and providing customer support.
Pak3x does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required by law.
Pak3x may amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable. Minor clarifications or corrections may be made without advance notice.
Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect by contacting support.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process should be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body.
